The Invited Guests Program is designed to target end-user buyers from the Live Events & Entertainment, Corporate & Enterprise and Broadcasting & Telecommunication across the APAC region. While we welcome applications from other regions and sectors, priority will be given to participants from these specified areas, with all applications evaluated by our team. InfoComm Asia is a trade-only event for individuals 18 years of age or older and affiliated with the professional audiovisual and technology industry. InfoComm Asia reserves the right to refuse admission to individuals at its sole discretion.

Successful applicants will be notified via email provided in the application form.
Completing this form will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes. The application deadline is Friday, 12 June 2026.
